Happy 2nd Birthday, Ursula!

These may be a little out of order....Ursula celebrated
her birthday in Green Bay, and at home. We also opened
gifts as we received them at other times.Ursula got a magnetic ballerina and she loves to play with it all the time.

Feeling a little under the weather.

Blowing out candles at the Weisensel's house in Green Bay.

One of her favorite cartoons is Olivia.
She was so happy she got an Olivia plush from Grandma Allord.

She's saying cheese in her new hat, fleece and rain boots.
She has gotten numerous compliments on her boots from parents
at Rowan's preschool.

Another birthday cake!
What a lucky kid!

She also got a Little People airplane from her parents.
Aunt Julie gave her a bride and groom Little People set.
So we like to pretend that Ursula is flying them to
their honeymoon.

Happy Birthday Ursula!
You have accomplished so much in so little time.
We can't wait to see how you grow over
your next year. Such a cutie!

Big February Snowfall

Hard to see, but it's a snowball fight.

The kids are out there somewhere.

Weeee!

Packers Win Super Bowl XLV

Ursula and her doll know how to say "Touch Down!"

The game was fun to watch, particularly on daddy's lap.

Another touch down!

Ursula is so happy we won!

Christmas in Stevens Point

The kids put on a play for the adults.
The older kids wrote it.

The younger girls.

Ursula playing the piano.

All the excitement just wore him out.
Merry Christmas Harvey!

Christmas in Green Bay Part II

Rowan's 4K class made "reindeer food" , so we told her we would put it out for Santa's reindeer on Christmas eve.

Our little elves were hard at work on decorating cookies.

The kids loved playing outside in the snow.
It was also a nice bit of exercise for the adults that
got to pull them around with the sled.

They all fit on the sled.
All happy.

Preschool Christmas Program

Those hand bells are just too interesting.
Rowan had her hair done in one singular curl.
I thought it turned out cute.

And in lieu of a traditional picture on Santa's lap, Rowan's preschool teachers took a photo of her sitting next to Mr. and Mrs. Claus.
If I'm not mistaken, this is look she always makes when she's around Santa.

Fall Leaves 2010

The large mature trees on our property gave us an abundance of leaves again this year.
The children had a great time playing in the leaf piles.
They are lucky they are so young and don't have to help rake.
Maybe next year Rowan will be given some outdoor chores.
Maverick is enjoying the time outdoors too.
Andy is making it "rain" leaves on the kids.
Ah, to be a kid in a leaf pile!
